How can I list my property on Bookrentstay?

In order to promote your property, you must first become a user of the site. This is done on the registration page, entering a username, an email address, and a password. More information on the User’s Guide page.

How can I add a property?

You need to register as a user first and then access My Profile – Add a property.

Are there any requirements when listing a property?

The properties promoted on Bookrentstay.com have a high quality standard. Through this we want to offer our clients luxury services and comfort during the rental of the property.

In order to maintain the high standard, it is the responsibility of the owners to carry out any necessary repairs (the cost of repairs is fully covered by the owner).

What is the cost of promoting the property?

Proprietarii isi pot promova GRATUIT proprietatea, daca aceasta indeplineste conditiile de standard de calitate si este acceptata de catre administratorii Bookrentstay.com. Dupa adaugarea proprietatii veti fi contactat de unul dintre administratori pentru mai multe informatii. Bookrentstay percepe un comision de 10% din rezervarile realizate si confirmate prin site.

How can I find an available property?

Pentru a vedea proprietatile disponibile pentru o anumita perioada accesati pagina ACASA,, introduceti numele localitatii in campul „Unde vrei sa mergi?”, specificati Data sosirii si Data plecarii si apasati „Cauta”.

Can I search by property type?

Yes. In the Properties page you can search by number of guests, number of rooms, property type, size, number of bathrooms, number of bedrooms.

How can I see the location of the property ?

Each property has a map. The property you currently view will be centered on the map.

Are the prices calculated by property or guests?

Prices are displayed for the entire rental period for the number of guests specified at the property level. Some properties allow an more guests, but there will be additional charges.

Are all the taxes included in the price?

All taxes are detailed for each property.

Are there any discounts?

The prices displayed are negotiated with the owner. Our mission is to offer you the best prices for superior quality. Owners can choose to grant discounts based on the length of the reservation period.

Are the payments secured?

We use the secure PayPal and Credit Card systems.

How can I book a property?

To make a reservation, you must register as a user by entering a valid email name and email address. You will receive a message with a password automatically generated and you will be able to use it to log in and then change your password if you wish. After you register you can make the desired bookings.

How do I know when my booking is confirmed?

After registering on Bookrentstay.com you will have access to your Profile and you will be able to send and view your Reservation Requests to owners.

When a reservation request is launched, the owners will be notified by email and will decide whether or not they agree with the request. If your application is approved, you will receive confirmation by email and text (you need to add your mobile phone number to your profile) and you will also be able to see it in your Profile Requests

Are all the facilities described for each property guaranteed?

Yes, the facilities described for each property are guaranteed by the owner. For any inconsistencies, please contact us using the contact form.

How do I cancel a reservation?

There are three ways to cancel a reservation:

1. In the User Profile – Reservations area.
2. By contacting us using the form on the contact page. We will then confirm booking cancellation with the owner
3. By contacting the owner directly using his or her personal data, available on the reserved property page.

Once the reservation has been canceled, you will be notified by email. Cancellations can be made at any time before your arrival at your destination.
